Terms and Conditions 


    1. Membership

    1.1. To be eligible for the loyalty program, customers must be 18 years or older and have a valid email address, Phone Number and physical address.

    1.2. Customers can join the loyalty program by completing the registration form in-store or online.

    1.3. Membership is free and open to individuals only. Companies, groups, or associations are not eligible to participate.

    1.4. The loyalty program is only valid in participating stores and online.

    1. Earning Points

    2.1. Members earn points for every purchase made in-store or online.

    2.2. Points are calculated based on the total amount spent, excluding any taxes, discounts, or shipping fees.                                                                  On Store (5% of your purchase in credit to the next purchase on the Store, credits accumulate if not used on next purchase.)                                Online(Each $1 = 5 points / 100 points = $1 for purchase online.)

  1.  2.3. Points are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    2.4. Points may be earned and redeemed only by the member and cannot be shared with or transferred to anyone else.

    1. Rewards

    3.1. Points earned on the store will only be redeemed on any of our stores. Points earned on our website will be redeemed only on online purchases.

    3.2. Rewards may be subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

    3.3. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

    1. Expiration of Points

    4.1. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity, defined as no purchases made in-store or online by the member.

    4.2. The loyalty program reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

    1. General

    5.1. The loyalty program may be modified or terminated at any time, with or without notice to members.

    5.2. Members are responsible for keeping their contact information up-to-date, including their email address, Phone Number and physical address.

    5.3. The loyalty program is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or delays in the processing or redemption of rewards.

    5.4. By participating in the loyalty program, members agree to these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions posted on the loyalty program website or in-store.
