STEP ONE: wash your beautiful face and make sure it is clean before you start rolling.

STEP TWO: Apply your favourite serum or moisturizing.

STEP THREE: Roll it massaging every spot.

Extra tips:

Under eyes: Use the small end, applying medium pressure and rolling it from the inner eye towards the outer corner. Repeat the process between 15 to 20 times under each eye.

Brows: Use the small end, applying medium pressure and rolling it from the inner side towards the outer corner. Repeat the process between 15 to 20 times each brow.

Cheeks and jaw: Use the large end of the jade roller, applying medium pressure and rolling it towards the outer side. Repeat in the same spot 10 times, then move up along your cheek. Repeat the same process for both sides.

Forehead: Starting in the inner side of your forehead, use the large end to roll towards your ears. Repeat in the same motion 10 times and repeat the same process to the other side.
